1. The Service

Marvic AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered business platform including an AI receptionist, chatbot, website audit (SEO/AEO/GEO), content calendar, and related automation tools (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate business information when signing up.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per business. You may invite team members under your plan's limits.
Email and phone verification is required to activate your account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with 3 free website analyses. The trial begins at signup. You may cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Launch pricing is honoured for its stated period.
Refunds are handled case by case — contact support within 14 days of a charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform.
Send spam or unsolicited messages through our messaging tools (you are responsible for CASL/TCPA compliance).
Misrepresent your business or impersonate others.

6. AI Services

AI-generated content (call summaries, articles, chat replies) is provided as a tool to assist your business. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or acting on it. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of your business data. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect it.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvic AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
